What to do for a bfp

Been trying for almost a year. No infertility issues for me nor my boyfriend. Cycles regular but a little short between 24-27 days… doing everything right but nothing seems to be working. What else did you do to get your BFP?

Track your ovulation using kits. Take Vit C, Vit D as well as your Pre Natals. Raspberry leaf tea post ovulation is meant to be good for your uterus. You could look into Accupuncture, Reiki and also fertility meditations.  We are currently trying for our second. We’ve only tried for 1 month so far. The only thing I did the first time which I’m not now is I was vegan hen I first got pregnant.. not sure if it had any correlation but perhaps. Wishing you the best of luck on your journey !

You both had blood work, hsg for you and sperm analysis for him? Did they offer clomid to try?

Track ovulation with opk, track bbt to make sure you’re actually ovulating and when. With my last pregnancy, I used the Softcup brand menstrual cup after sex to keep sperm close to uterus and reduce leakage, took it out in the morning. Used Preseed lubricant as well, only a small amount though because it’s messy/gross if you use too much.
