Please help!

I had my IUD (liletta) taken out on 9/21, before removing it I had a period 9/14. My husband and I are actively TTC and I took an ovulation test which was positive on the 24th, also had egg white cm. Since then I have experienced some strange symptoms such as constant nausea, headaches & dizziness and some mild cramping. I’ve had no spotting or any signs of AF which is supposedly due in 4 days. I took a clear blue early response test this morning (10 dpo) and it was definitely negative. Has anyone had similar experiences? Am I just experiencing strange symptoms because of having my iud out? I’m feeling really lost and emotional and friends have not been helpful. Any advice or personal experiences you have had would be really helpful right now
