7 Weeks Missed Miscarriage 😔

I'm so Heartbroken, Last Monday was 6W1D and we heard the Heartbeat that Day! I went for an ultrasound today to check on Baby and only measured 6W2D it only grew 1 day in one week and there was No Heartbeat!! Doctor told me I have a Missed Miscarriage, She prescribed me the Pills to take it on Friday so I can pass my Baby😭 Why? Why!? I prayed for this pregnancy so many years, I feel so much emptiness in me right now. Hubby tries to comfort me but I feel there's nothing that can make me feel better at this moment. I was having a High Risk pregnancy but Everything was going good, Oh God 😭😔
