Guess that's one way to get a job

My son is 20 and he still lives at home, which I know isn't uncommon at that age. He has been graduated for 2 years and hasn't really done much. My husband is really in to free-range parenting and letting our son find his own way. I would mention he's 20 and doesn't work and go to school and he will say 20 is still really young. Well last week we were eating out. Our son has raging ADHD and OCD. Like BAD! He was watching the servers buss their tables and there were 3 tables that left their table a mess. My son makes us leave our table with the plates stack together and spoons in the cups and stuff like that because he will throw a fit if it doesn't look right. His OCD got the better of him so he he literally screamed and started bussing the tables. As we were living the manager came to him and offered him a job. He started 3 days ago. He works as a busser for 6 an hour plus tip share. It's a start.
