i stopped eating and now i’m getting complements on my weight

I didn’t eat anything at all for a week except for water. but now i’m eating a little bit now. i think the most i’ll do is 500 calories a day

but i’m getting so many compliments like people are saying my face looks skinnier and i feel so much better about myself

i just don’t want to accidentally end up hurting myself physically

is this ok to do?

No. A toddler needs more than 500 calories a day, you can’t sustain yourself on that much. Shoot for 1400+

You can eat 1500 calories. Focus on fruits and vegetables. Nobody ever got fat from eating those! You can eat pounds of it for low calories! Look up high volume low calorie density on youtube. Its a way of eating that fills your stomach but is low calories. You can eat pounds of strawberries, blueberries, cucumbers, brocolli, salad and lose tons of weight without starving yourself. Also you will get vitamins and minerals.

Well your starving yourself, so obviously that’s not a good way to go about weight loss or vast toning. Calorie deficit is fine but you should be slowly reducing calories not starving. These sort of habits lead to binging because they are not sustainable. Speak to your doctor or a nutritionist about loosing weight effectively snd alter food changes with exercise to tone up your body for the same results just healthy and sustainable

definitely don’t continue to do this!! you can change your diet and eat healthier but you still have to eat a normal amount to be healthy! if you would like to lose weight you should consider doing it in a healthy way like doing cardio at the gym/at home, and these results will last longer and also be better for your mental health. if you start starving yourself to lose weight, you’re playing a dangerous game that will only end badly both physically and mentally. please take care of yourself.

Yes this is bad! It can become an extremely bad habit or even an eating disorder. Ed happen in the snap of a finger and if you’re anything like me you like the compliments and being skinny so much it’s worth it. Then next thing you know your 100pounds and everyone’s concerned n shit. It’s iust not worth it, please find a healthy way to lose weight if that’s what you’re trying to accomplish
