i stopped eating and now i’m getting complements on my weight

I didn’t eat anything at all for a week except for water. but now i’m eating a little bit now. i think the most i’ll do is 500 calories a day

but i’m getting so many compliments like people are saying my face looks skinnier and i feel so much better about myself

i just don’t want to accidentally end up hurting myself physically

is this ok to do?
