Reflux in newborn.

So my dr believes my 1 weeks old has reflux. He doesn’t want to prescribe him medication cause it’s hard on them. I’m at a lose now cause he doesn’t sleep cause he is in so much pain from it. And I have a 2 1/2 year old that I’m trying to take care of as well and it’s hard when all my baby does is scream in pain. I even tried wearing him but he hates it. I keep him sat up after feeding than when I put him down he screams . We burp him lots too and he spits up like crazy. He is in nutramigen formula too. Any advice that helped any of you that had little ones with reflux. I’m starting to go crazy and my head is constantly pounding from him screaming. My husband works away so I’m by myself so I don’t have much support.
