Eczema on babies cheeks

Soo for the past month my baby has gone from having a small patch of eczema on one cheek to now bigger patches on both cheeks. It has gotten worse after using some creams. I’ve tried the eucerin and it worked in the beginning but never completely healed it. I also bought an aveeno eczema therapy one and nothing. I tried breast milk on it as well. These had all temp fixes. But now his cheek is becoming raw and during the night all he wants to do is scratch his face. Anyone have any advice ? Thanks
