Missed miscarriage taking progesterone pills

I’m looking for other people’s experiences and what to expect. I’ve had two chemical pregnancies so when I got pregnant this time we checked my progesterone and decided to support with progesterone pills. I had an ultrasound on Monday and I should be 9 weeks. The gestational sac measured 5w4d. The embryo measured right at 6 weeks. She said my pregnancy is not viable and told me to stop the progesterone and I should miscarry naturally. It’s Saturday now and I’ve had bloody mucus since then, but no real bleeding or spotting. Has anyone had a similar experience? How long did it take for you to physically miscarry? I know there is medication and I might end up needing it, but I want to let it happen naturally if I can.
