Skin cancer ? Liver spots ?

Hi, I’m very aware i need to go to doctor. It’s currently Sunday so I’ll call tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone knew what this could be .. it’s dramatically changed in a few weeks and I’m now just noticing today. This is my neck and chest area between my breast. The small spots appeared on my neck months ago and I thought nothing of it. If you have seen spots like this and know what it is please let me know .. just very very nervous in the meantime…
