Chest rash & bumps
For the past two weeks I’ve had this weird bumpy chest thing. It’s all over my chest in the appearance of small pimples but none really have any pus and they’re all like microscopically small. I didn’t do anything different in my diet, laundry detergent, products, etc. any idea on what they are and how to get rid of them?
