Clomid + hot flashes 🥵🔥

I started Clomid again after 2+ years of no fertility meds/treatment. It’s CD9, I’ll be taking the last two pills today and using
opk’s in a couple of days.
I am STRUGGLING with hot flashes and insomnia since starting these pills. I have never experienced this level of body heat and lack of sleep 😩
Any tips on how to combat these side effects? Help!! 😩😂💆🏽♀️
