Get vaccinated!

My friend says she doesn't want to see me leave my son parentless. She is getting ready for her booster shot. You think she is over dramatic. I'm 27 and in good shape. I had covid and no symptoms except for loss of taste and smell. I am not anti-vax but I am a bit hesitant about taking a new experimental vaccine. I've seen plenty of people suffer the side affects. Not sure if long term side affects from an exponential vaccine is better than getting a virus very similar to the flu (in my case). Everyone I know that is elderly or with preexisting conditions have already got vaccinated so they should be fine. My parents are fully vaccinated and not concerned to be around unvaccinated people because their vaccinated and protected. They are aware if they do catch covid they most likely will not be hospitalized because symptoms will be slight. Isn't that the reason why people are getting vaccinated? Duh.
