I’m tired of infections 😩😩😩

Ever since I started having sex, I keep going to gynecologists cause I get infections. They either say it’s bv or yeaat infections. I’m tired of vaginal creams and antibiotics!! I only wear cotton panties, I take probiotics, I don’t wear tight pants, my so is clean, my immune system is strong, so what’s wrong with me?! Can long sex cause infections?! I’m tired it’s effecting my mental health 😩

Update: turns out I have a scar on my cervix and that is causing the infections!
