Am I overthinking ?

So I had sex with this guy on Friday. Unprotected, first time with him, he’s a new partner. It was rushed bc of the circumstances and he didn’t finish. Went to the gyno yesterday, and she tested me all stds came back negative so I’m happy about that. I’m not on birth control anymore bc my cycle is regular & I had a girlfriend (who’s now my ex so I didn’t need it). This is my first time having sex with a man in 3 years andddddd I’m kinda paranoid. My period is supposed to come in 11 days and I’ve kinda been cramping very lightly tho (which is normal for me). But I had 3 random waves of nausea this past weekend & my anxiety is through the roof. Idk how early you can tell signs of pregnancy (it hasn’t even been a week yet). I’m not sure what to do. Can I get some advice?😭💕
