Morning neighbour?

I moved away from my mom's due to a relationship with domestic abuse, since I moved in my neighbour was complaining about my son waking up in the night, he used to cry cause he was only just getting used to the new home, he now wakes up once for juice.

I then got a fence put in as our gardens didn't have a proper fence, she was complaining about it and that that have to buy paint to paint it.

About a month ago I bought a puppy for me and my little boy to feel safer due to my previous relationship I get scared incase he finds out where I live and tries to boot the door off etc, I also bought my puppy as I have always wanted a dog in the family due to being around them since I was growing up.

The dog doesn't like cats and my neighbour has 5 of them, when the cats come near my garden my dog will mark to let them know this is her territory, she hasn't been aggressive towards them not even to my own cats - she just barks at them to keep them out the garden. Her cats are always shitting in my front garden and used to in the back before I got my puppy, she's a German shepherd and bloody amazing with my son so I'm sure you can imagine how protective she is of us and why she wants to keep unknown animals out of the garden.

She never once complained about my dog when I got her only just now. I let her go out at 8 sometimes 830 in the morning so I can get my housework done and get my kid to school without having her shit and piss around the house as she's only garden trained, she sleeps inside so my neighbour won't be woken up in the night but she doesn't bark in the night anyway.

Recently as my son is about to hit 2 he's been waking up at 530 sometimes 6 but usually he'll just fall back to sleep watching YouTube, at this point I'm already back asleep and were literally so quiet, he still wakes up once for juice but he no longer cries when he wakes up. She tried to say that me and my son wake her kids up and she has to keep the telly on all night however when I first moved in she said tht she leaves her telly on all night with relaxing music for her kids to sleep better and I should try it with mine. Me and my son are quiet but when I'm getting him to sleep I can hear her kids jumping around the room being noisy dragging their hands up the wall sometimes they even bang the wall. I've Had problems getting my son to go to sleep occasionally due to this but I don't complain because kids will be kids. Sometimes I can hear her TV through the wall, and her talking. Her garden is a state, a bin bag of rubbish scattered everywhere, an inflatable swimming pool that has been up since August that has deflated a bit due to time but with dirty water in, I end up with rubbish from her side of the front garden over by the other side of my garden it's like she's chucking it on it, I also found a can of energy drink that neither me or my son drink in the back garden which my dog had been chewing on, I've had crisps packets thrown over, tissue, at the back of my garden there's not a very big fence but there's loads of rubbish that she cut out with her back fence as she split her garden in half to cover the rubbish which can cause rats the landlord said I could have pets and a dog
