C section with Tricare

So I’ve just had my son via emergency c section earlier their week. My husband is Army NG so we have Tricare reserve select. The hospital couldn’t give us an estimate on how much we’d owe while we were there. For some reason I was under the impression that there was a flat cost for delivery unless you have what is considered an elective c section? Does this sound right? I was looking on my Tricare app and it’s says the diagnosis that was entered was “cesarean delivery without indication” the fact that it says no indication pisses me off because my sons heart rate kept dropping with each contraction and he needed to be out quickly but whatever. I’m concerned that this is going to cost a fortune.
