How much did you lose week
So usually I will lose like 2 pounds a day if I’m in a mission to lose weight. That’s just naturally with me eating snacks and 3 times a day. (I would only eat grilled or baked chicken or fish…maybe a bit of rice) then fruits like watermelon for snacks etc. I read that you can safely lose while breastfeeding 1-2 pounds a week…but like I’m assuming this is tailored to how you normally lose weight…I was 222 when I started losing weight and it did slow down around 160. Should I try to monitor how much I lose when I start breastfeeding again?
