Early ovulation

Started testing for ovulation on cd11, usually I’ll start cd10 but I had a sinus infection and could barely get out of bed to do anything that day. I immediately got a positive opk test. Checked again later that night and it was the same from the morning. Took one this morning and it dropped meaning that yesterday was my peak. Last month I didnt ovulate til cd18. Has anyone else ovulated this early in their cycle?
