Genital herpes

Went to my GP yesterday and have been told I most likely have genital herpes (as I’ve all the signs/symptoms) I’ve to go for a STI test soon, I’ve never been in so much pain in my life I can’t walk, I can’t sit, I can’t sleep, I can’t pee or 💩! I would not wish this on my worst enemy. The thing that is getting to me the most is when I need to go 💩 it’s absolutely UNBEARABLE like I want to scream but I just cry and cry while it’s happening and after. Anyone have any tips for me? I was thinking of getting a stool softener to hopefully make the process a little easier on me.

I’d also like to add it’s my first outbreak of this🥺
