Yeast infection??

Okay, I’m pretty sure my significant other is giving me these yeast infections now cause every time after we have sex my discharge gets little clumps with no smell, I’ve been to the doctors for it so this is how my infections are. But the first time I addressed this with my partner, he went to the doctors and they said he didn’t have anything that needed to be treated so I thought it was just a me thing but I’m seeing clearly it isn’t. Or could this be something else somehow… we got tested around the same time for a lot and we were clean except for my yeast (but he had none I guess).
