Labor ?

I’m having random inconsistent sharp pelvic pain and contractions and when I get them, I feel the urge to push. Like my body uncontrollably pushes by itself when I get those pains and I’ve never experienced this, nor with my first. I don’t have to use the bathroom or anything and I have constant pelvic pain terribly but get these sharp pains and contractions that just make my body push. Has anyone experienced this ? They’re not timetable as it’s too random. I’m 38 weeks
