long hospital stay

i found out some news a few days ago that on tuesday i will be having to stay in the hospital until i give birth. i’m 22 weeks about to hit 23.. wasn’t due until february 17. i’m terrified to be honest.. i’m extremely low on my amniotic fluid. i will be missing out on halloween, my mothers birthday, thanksgiving, christmas, new years, my birthday and my dads birthday. i don’t know if i’ll be allowed to have any visitors due to covid and the hospital having a zero visitor policy at the moment. of course i want everything for my baby and i want to make sure he’s okay. but being alone for that amount of time is really making me feel upset and scared. If anyone has any tips on long term hospital stays i would highly appreciate it! <3
