YALL HELP ME RN PLS

Okay yall so I used it have thick, beautiful hair. As seen in one of the photos- and lately my hair has been falling out so much it’s so think and lifeless. I was wondering if it was because I died my hair, but it’s not breaking off, it’s falling out at the root. Do you guys have any tips for getting my thick hair back? I MISS HER SO MUCH now I don’t know if it’s because my aunt did that thing during a hair cut to thin it out a bit, but usually it grows back and it’s been about a month and my hair is usually thicker again but- I’m losing her yall 😩
