Put charger up nose to make myself sneeze. For 3 days everytime I blow my nose there is some blood. Should be fine or see doctor

Yes it was dumb. I saw online that by doing so you can make yourself sneeze. Turns out you can. Except I used a charger that had some pokies on one end. Wasn’t sharp but idk if it scratched something in my nose. When I use my mouth wash it causes my nose to clog and get stuffy. So when I blow my nose there will be a bit of blood for about 2 days in a row that I’ve noticed. I scrunched up the toilet paper a few times up my nose that’s why there’s some spots.
