Covid while pregnant

I’m 6 weeks and 6 days today. Went to the ER yesterday and tested positive for Covid. They didn’t check on baby or anything related to pregnancy. They said to contact my doctors office for any concerning questions. Called my doctor and had to move my appointment from the 25th to the 9th. But since I’m not an established patient and my appointment is for new patient they couldn’t answer any of my questions regarding Covid and pregnancy and what should warrant a trip back to the ER. For those with Covid while pregnant, did your doctor advise when you would need to go back to the ER? I’m currently taking Tylenol for the fever but it’s not really breaking my fever. I know baby is probably fine but it’s definitely concerning
