Do you struggle as a SAHM?

I'm a SAHM of 2 - a baby girl and a kindergartener. I feel like I am in a rut and going through the motions. I still cook a few times a week (a lot of takeout in our family), clean the house, feed and bathe the kids, etc, but I am so unmotivated to do anything else. I often find myself having anger outbursts at my kids or husband, like being snippy with him or less patient and yelling at my kindergartner when she is being difficult.

I find myself on my phone a LOT and barely wanting to play with my kids. Sometimes I force a reminder on my phone so I can play a game or something with my oldest, I just feel exhausted and not wanting to do much. Some days I'll take them to the park and watch oldest play, or the library to check out books, or walk around a store. But it's like I'm exhausted at the thought of doing crafts with her or sitting and playing with dolls, I just don't want to, I have been depressed before and I'm not sure if I am again, it doesn't feel like it. It just mainly feels like frustration and exhaustion from the Groundhog Day that is life as a stay at home parent. Working is not an option for another 4-5 years.

How do I get motivated again to be PRESENT and more involved with activities again?
