I have an anxious attachment style and I'm trying to figure out tips to help me cope with my anxiety, I don't have a car so therapy isn't an option for me unfortunately. The past week or so I've been having a hard time trusting my boyfriend but I know it's just my anxiety talking, he hasn't given me a reason to think he would be doing anything behind my back and I feel awful for feeling the way that I do. I try to make it not known but I'm sad a lot lately, definitely not pushing my anxiety onto him but any ways to help cope for myself? I'm a stay at home mom without a car so some options are very limited ❤
