As a military wife, I need advice

My husband is stationed overseas and I am fortunate enough to have been able to be here with him for 2 years. We are a year in and originally had one year left but we put in an extension for an additional 2 years, got approved and these are the reasons why:

IVF is 5 grand here vs 15-20 grand stateside

Pay off debt quicker

But, I am now wanting to put in a request to cancel and here is why:

Been here for a year and haven't adjusted

Depression has gotten noticeably worse since being here

Feels isolating

No family here

Feel like I'm in a really dark hole in general with mental health that gets worse

I just don't know if the financial reasons should outweigh the other factors

I don't know what to do

My husband supports either choice

Should I suck it up and deal with it for a better situation fincially if we go back stateside with no debt? And having had been able to do ivf which is the only chance we have at conceiving?

What would you do?
