Should I break up with him?

I love my boyfriend a lot but we've been on a long distance relationship for almost two years. Lately he's been cutting me out of all the plans "we" had, he's given the chance to move away to another country for a year and I have a lot of mixed emotions. I feel like we are drifting apart even more and I can't stand the idea of having another one year of a long distance relationship. I'm bipolar and this last year of being apart was really difficult. My heart is broken, I feel like I'm being a horrible person and I should let him go and let him grow the way he wants, I feel like I'm being a burden and I'm going crazy.
