Help possibly pregnant
I had a salpingectomy 3 years ago. I am having a lot of vomiting and nausea. Mild cramps and I had light vaginal bleeding for only 3 days and on the third day it was pink spotting. I think I might be pregnant but not sure. Any advice or any one willing to give piece of mind?
