Would this make you upset?

So, my husband and I have been married for 5 years. He works full time and I'm a SAHM to two babies under 2.
We used to have a really great sex life. So into each other all the time. I guess life gets in the way and we are both tired and want to sleep when the day is over. 
So anyways, I just finished my period and we had sex. There wasn't any foreplay when usually there is. He just put it straight in 😒 so I didn't have an orgasm. Usually when we have sex I always do, but on the off chance that I don't, it just kind of puts a damper on things and I get upset, because we don't really have sex often and when we do, I don't end up having an orgasm.
It just throws me off kind of. I know we have to work on our sex life and it's more about communication than anything else, but we also aren't as emotionally connected right now. 
Do you get upset if you don't orgasm after sex? How can we improve our sex lives?

You're going to have to communicate. It's not going to improve when once party thanks it's OK and the other is angry that it's not.

Yes this upset me early in our relationship! I had to muster up the courage - we were pretty young - to tell him I expected to orgasm when we had sex, and ever since then, sex isn't over for us until we've both finished. Frequency has definitely gone down since having a baby, though, so I think it's normal to have some kinks to work out. I know it's cliche but communication is key. Try to approach the subject when you're both in a relatively good mood, and focus on what you want as opposed to what he's not giving you..."I" statements vs telling him what he's lacking.

Could it because you guys rarely have sex and you have it built up and when you actually do have sex you have trouble having an organism. Because for me when my hubby and I go a while without having sex and then we finally do it’s hard for me because I have it built up (if you get what I’m saying) and it’s frustrating and then I give up.

I get very frustrated tbh 😅 I try not to, but I really do 😂
We've been better at talking about what we need and what feels good now that our daughter is 2,5 years old. But we've had to work a lot on our sex life this past half year! And there is still a lot to work on.
You just have to get to a place where you both are ready to put more energy into you as a couple.
And that means having energy in the first place and spend more time as a couple more than just as parents.

It's understandable to be upset by not having one, idk to me sex isn't as great if there isn't an orgasm involved lol unless there's lots of foreplay and great feelings that way but just straight penetration sex is not as fun/enjoyable.

I think this is silly to be upset about. It’s not easy to make a woman finish while fucking. Play with yourself during sex or being a toy (vibrator) while he is fucking you. You are sure to finish that way.
