Is there any supplements for Interstitial Cystitis flare ups?

I don't know if the internet or Pinterest are accurate,but have read marshmallow root, Aloe vera and d mannose capsules works good for Interstitial Cystitis.

I haven't seen my urologist doctor in years! Everything has been fine since recently. I'm experiencing slight aches underneath my C-section scar is whatever organ is underneath there,but I am being treated by my obgyn doctor for an yeast infection. That may be causing everything I don't know.

I do have prelief capsules but I think you take those before each meal.

Any home remedies that you have tried or supplements that worked for you?
