Baby Hungry But Won’t Eat

I EPF my baby (she’s 5.5 months) and she used to be so easy with it. I could feed her out in public and she would latch no problem and it was easy at home too. Now she is going through a phase where she acts hungry and has hunger cues, but when I go to feed her, she gets so upset. It’s been miserable taking her out places. Sometimes I get a drop of milk in her mouth and she realizes she’s hungry and will latch, but other times we just have to take a break until she’s good and hungry I guess. I don’t know if I’m reading her cues wrong or if she’s being picky. Any tips? Has anyone else experienced this? I just want to get back to easy feeding.
