Help Needed

My son is 7 months old. He was sleeping through the night around 1 month old and was doing really well until he hit about 5 months old when he got sick with a real bad fever of 104 for 3 days. He hasn't slept through the night since. He sleeps on his own until about 1-2am and then after that time he will not stay asleep unless he's being cuddled and most nights he won't calm down until he gets a bottle and then only ends up drinking half an ounce. How do I get him sleeping through the night again? He is getting a tooth, it has broke through but not fully up. I barely get any sleep through the week. Thankfully my partner let's me sleep in on Sundays.
