Adhd in toddlers?

My sons biological dad said he had adhd as a child.

My son is about to turn 3, and his speech therapist has mentioned a few times (as well as many, many others) that his attention span is a lot shorter than most kids his age. He is also to be tested for autism, but the waiting list is filled until next year. And I’m also supposed to hear from an occupational therapist to set up an appointment for him.

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on helping them focus. Or if there’s any products I can buy such as toys, games, etc. He has a tablet, but I don’t want him to spend too much time on it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
