Formula fed but leaking milk??

I am currently five months postpartum, and I stopped breast-feeding at three weeks pp. I have PCOS and my milk supply was so low it wasn’t worth the stress of breast-feeding. Quitting was the right choice for my mental health.

With that being said, the oddest thing started happening about a week ago. My right breast started leaking milk, and my left breast produces milk as well if I squeeze hard enough. It’s not a lot, it’s just a couple of drops but I am so confused as to why I have any milk in my boobs, especially considering that I have PCOS and my supply was super low 5 months ago. Has this happened to anyone? I haven’t been trying to get my supply back by any means and haven’t produced in months.
