Homeopathic teething medication?

Hey guys can anyone recommend me an all natural teething medication.. I got camila recently and tried it last night.. It knocked him out and soothed him which is great but I looked into the ingredients and it has things like poke plant and something else that was toxic.. Idk how toxic it really is but it made me alarmed due to how quick he fell asleep and seemed maybe lethargic in the morning... I'm a little on the alert.. Can anyone comment or suggest? Please. Thank you.
