Anyone with PCOS think these results look familiar? I can’t figure out what’s going on

Not sure about the BBT as I didn’t chart that.
But, PCOS is notorious for giving multiple positive OPKs. And unfortunately you might not actually ovulate during the surges.
If you have a medical diagnosis of PCOS I wouldn’t wait the “year” that’s recommended and would call your doctor ASAP. They will be able to tell if you have ovulated or not. If you aren’t, there is medication that helps with that.

If you have pcos then you need to do bbt or you won’t know that you ovulated cus you can receive multiple positives.
