Loose stool in newborn and lots spitting after feeding

My two week old boy is breastfeed baby.And today after feeding he was spitting lots.And his stool looks more watery then usual (I mean I know their stool is loose seedy and yellow) but his is all this but more watery.

He have vet diapers and poppy 3-4 ones.

But I’m suspecting that he had some type of cramps because he was wiggling his legs up to his stomach.

My first boy was formula feed and this one is breastfeed so it is new to me.
