Sarcastic Comments

Sometimes when I’m out with my daughter and having a hard time I have other women say the most unhelpful comments that lead me to wonder are they being nasty? I know I’m overwhelmed in that moment but it’s like idk the commentary just never seems well timed. Like “boy do you have your hands full “ or “wow she is getting too big for that stroller now” (my daughter is 1 😒)

I’ve finally found a good response that is sweet and obvious 😊 “thank you so much! I really needed that!” —and if they continue “I’m certain that will come in handy”

It’s passive aggressive I know but I’m glad I have a response now instead of just feeling like an overwhelmed crappy mom.
