How canny I potty train

Hi, how can I potty train my 25 month old she will not sit in the potty or on the toilet she just screams and gets straight off. She is going through a nappy an hour and weeing through constantly. I feel like I am constantly getting Judged by my grand parents as they keep saying is she potty trained yet I say no they go well she should be my children were potty trained by 8 month you need to buy her a potty this and that I say I have all that she will not sit on them,they then go on to tell me I need to make her. She will take her nappy off when it’s to full but she cannot communicate and say wee or poo once her nappy’s off she will wee on the floor and go ohh noo and point then goes to try and wipe it up
