What would you do JOB

I’ve been at my current job 4 years no raise making $14 an hour 12 hour shifts (3 on 4 off) I got a job offer for this job 28 mins from my house $16.75 and $17.75 on weekends 12 hour shifts (3 on 4 off) plenty of overtime apart of me wants to take the job bc I can get overtime and apart of me wants to stay bc I’m comfortable. I’ve been certified for 4 years and ppl that are just coming on are getting started off at 15 which isn’t fair I asked for a raise and they said they’ll let me know what they can do it’s been a week and I havnt heard anything
