Advice please

Doing the dirty with my guy thing, and we are on back to back round three. He was hitting it from behind and came in me. I am not on any form of birth control and on day three of my period but has lightened up fast which isn’t very normal. I did go pee right after sex and nothing came out. I did take the off brand plan b called take action. For say I didn’t take the take action. How possible or likely would it be to be pregnant? And with taking the take action how likely is it to still get pregnant?
