Please help me I want to see dr but scared TW!!!

TW!!! (Suicide attempt) yesterday I was bad off and swallowed an entire bottle of proscribed pain pills I thought I was going to be fine cause I started to feel fine hours later but now this morning I feel so nauseous my kidneys are sore to the touch and my urine is brown I want to seek help because I’m scared I’m having kidney failure but I’m to scared they will know what I did and throw me into a mental hospital I’m terrified of them I am going to get but not through a hospital. I also forced myself to vomit because I wanted to feel better and my vomit was so thick
