Possible miscarriage ?
I’m 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant today. I’ve had nausea every morning since I was 4 weeks and today I woke up and nothing. I’ve been really sore in my lower stomach and a few days ago I was having really bad lower back pains. Could I be having a miscarriage? This is my 4th baby but I’ve never felt this way with any of my other pregnancies.
