Do most hospitals allow you to bring/wear an essential oil necklace when in labor? My mom got me this as a gift and I put lavender scent in it to help relax me when having contractions. I just didn’t know if they would allow me to wear it or bring it.

I personally would not wear any metal jewelry in the hospital.  In a medical emergency where you require resuscitation metal jewelry can actually kill you.  Birth is extremely unpredictable.  I wouldn’t risk it.

You are allowed to do just about anything. There's no reason a necklace would be an issue unless you have a surgical birth.

Not sure about the necklace part, but our hospital would bring me essential oils in personal scent stick type things if I asked. They had a whole bunch of options for various reasons. They also put some on a cotton ball and tapped it to my bed rail so it was near my face while I was resting.
