What did you do when you lose your mucus plug?

FTM here. Did you go to the hospital right away or did you labor at home and count contraction before going to the hospital?

Nothong. Waited for labour which didn't happen for over a week.

I lost my plug as soon as my water started leaking but with past pregnancies I always waited for contractions to start and to get painful before I went to the hospital. Losing your plug doesn't mean your in labor unless u have your bloody show with it and start having contractions.

I lost my my mucous plug at the same time my water broke. I went to the hospital right away and delivered my son via csection about 2 hours later. I had no contractions.

Definitely wait to see if labor starts and progresses. Losing your plug doesn’t always indicate labor will start.

I’ve lost pieces of my mucus plug since I was 32 weeks. It’s normal 😋 I got induced at 39 weeks. But usually if it’s tinged with blood then labour is near
