Stirnum tattoo, no bra, insecure ? Bra suggestions

I want to get my stirnum done but my job is very physically demanding and I wouldn't feel comfortable not wearing a bra. I don't have big boobs and I'm worried that if I have to go to work without a padded bra I'll look way more flat chested than I do when I wear a regular bra. I wear the right sized bra but I do wear push ups.

I need a bra that is comfortable, secure, that won't harm the tattoo and has a little padding to it.

...OR how long should I wait to wear a regular bra? If I have two days off after the tattoo would I be ok with a sports bra the third day?
