Please help 3 year old daughter

So since Tuesday she’s had a high temp (39-40) and a severe cough. Covid was negative. She’s not eating, she’s sleeping all day, she doesn’t wanna drink. I took her GP yesterday and they have her amoxicillin but even then she’s still so weak, still high temp still not eating. What do I do? Do I have to let it take it’s time or do I take her a and e?? Advice plz
