Birth control patch

Hi ladies! It’s been a while. I have a question for those who have experience with the birth control patch. A normal box comes with 3 patches, and you’re supposed to take the 4th week off for your period week. I’m nursing my baby (9weeks PP) and not getting a period, does anyone know if I take a break for a week or go right to the next box? I’ve asked my pharmacist and nurse practitioner but none of them know. I’ve been trying to call my OB for over a week and can’t get an answer 🥴. Any insight is appreciated!
